Firstly if you are ordering for a small child their size, at least for a small bracelet, is not correct. However when the tiny child sized bracelet arrived (their chart says it is suitable for under 6s) he came with a note to contact them if there was any problem which I did. I received a quick response and they kindly sent a replacement for my 4 year old granddaughter in the following size which fits perfectly. My average sized granddaughter is 4 years old according to the pediatrician's height and weight charts. They did not ask for the return of the little one which I appreciated as my granddaughter immediately decided, disappointed at first with the bracelet being too small, that it fit well around her little plush puppy's neck, so the puppy had a new collar. This matches my granddaughter's new bracelet! In the end everyone is happy. The bracelet looks solid and corresponds to the photos and description except for the size. size up!
