So I got this because I have chronic back pain. I travel a lot for work and long journeys are terrible for my back. I looked at many options for car seat cushions and then settled on this one based on all the great reviews and I love the idea that it is air filled. As others have said, it looks pretty silly when you first take it out of the box lol (skin is lovely). But at first glance it seems rather flat and makes you wonder what it can do for you. I made a mistake? Can it really help? When you attach it to the car seat and it fits snugly into the seat back (it only takes a minute), it works like magic. The air moves in it and of course moves with you as you ride, but I find that you start figuring out where you like more or less air and support and you can push it a little more. Up or down, wherever you like. Basically, it naturally fills in any space against the curve of your spine, giving you the support you need to stop back pain while driving, but it's just air, it's not stiff like some pillows are due to too much pressure or pressure not feeling good stays in one place instead of moving when and where you need it. It fixes it in every way and looks and feels so comfortable and beautiful that I don't even mind driving. It feels like I'm being spoiled right now. It's so simple, but just brilliant.
