I was hesitant to buy a silicone strap for my 3 liter. Instant pot as I just bought a metal fume stand with handles I've seen on several YouTube videos used with a homemade aluminum foil "sling" to lift it out of the pot. That didn't work for me. since I burned my hand trying to get it out of the pan (even with an oven mitt). And the contents gushed out. And that was a huge waste of slides. So I researched more about available accessories for the 3-Quarter and came across a silicone strap that the reviewer raved about. said it was the smartest purchase she's ever made for her Instant Pot. Well I was of course intrigued and bought it, she was absolutely right. As you can see from the photos, I use it all the time: I can stack silicone egg bite molds on top of each other. and I can pick them up without burning myself. although I still use the potholder. too sure! I also used it for my split pan which fits perfectly. Just put it in the Instant Pot and take it out once it's done. I'm just really happy with this purchase.
