Don't believe everything you read, no drilling required! You MUST drill holes in the top plate of the bumper just behind the bumper for the bracket to fit onto the frame. It took my husband a very long time to drill these holes. Unscrew the two cheap plastic screws so you can move this part back and forth. Once you've got the holes right it's time to install the brackets, be prepared for serious neck problems, you won't have a problem if you're an acrobat! My husband's fingers were too big and fat to pull off this feat. Luckily mine are much smaller. You need to take a flange nut and slide it through the top mounting hole, sounds easy? Yes No! If you have a 2010 JK I suggest you see what I'm talking about. We ended up sealing the nut and sliding it down, then I had to put my middle finger (very fitting) in that tiny hole to hold the nut while I put the bolt on it. Meanwhile, my husband struggled to keep the clamp in place while I did. Severe pain in the neck and swear words. You must do this 4 times! If you don't mind drilling and the time it took over 4 hours the install is worth it and I'm glad it's done. If you don't mind, I'll add a photo to the product description. Some products allow buyers to add their own photos. Thanks for reading, if you have any questions let me know. Lisa aka JeepGal <3
