I like how easy it is to use, you can even do all your booking using this app! It's always there when needed, very helpful with regards hotel bookings in general (room allocation).

Sometimes not that clear about what happens after payment has been done but no big deal as they are great at responding quickly so everything works out fine without any issues being raised by me or my clients/customers etc.. Couldn't find anything we disliked - just an overall amazing experience from start till finish!! We have used them often since inception of our business over 10 years ago now & never had problems until recently which was resolved immediately upon contacting their team via email only moments later.
