Review on CasaWare Ultimate Commercial Non Stick Roasting Kitchen & Dining by Kelli Grossi

I bought this CasaWare Ultimate Series Blue Ceramic Industrial Weight roasting pan because it was labeled as a Lasagna/Grill pan and I needed a sturdy pan for a large lasagne pan. However, this pan is huge! I usually use two packages of lasagna noodles, but three can easily be used here. The pan can withstand temperatures of up to 450°C, so I can open the lasagna and brown the top. I've used it to roast an 18lb turkey and it roasts beautifully. Cleaning was easy due to the non-stick surface. This involved soaking for about 15 minutes and wiping all the food clean.
