Works well, absorbs small bumps well.
I am very happy with this stem. It perfectly absorbs small impacts like hitting a manhole cover or driving on coarse gravel. The only issue I had with installing it was that it comes standard configured with positive lift stem elastomers, but for use on gravel most people will set it up as a negative lift stem, requiring you to disassemble and realign the insides. It's not difficult, but you have to know how to do it or you won't find your way down.
