Works after adjusting position on every use, not the best, just OK.
It is just OK. I have metal band and the weight of the band does not allow one just place the watch on stand to work. Need to be very careful of placing the watch, adjusting so that the magnet catches on just right for the watch to charge. I need to stand in front of it for couple of minutes every time to make sure it is charging. Also, need to make sure nothing touches it or accidently moves the watch from the stand. Kind of a hassle every time I use it.
