The best thing I like about email chef is that it gives me more control over my mailing lists than other programs I have used in the past, so I can see what gets opened up or not! It's also very easy to use. Other than a few minor features that could be improved (i.e. more templates), everything else works well for my needs. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to create professional-looking emails without having to pay thousands of dollars per month to a third party solution provider, this should definitely be your first choice. My team uses Email Chef for all our marketing messages, and their service has been fantastic. They really care about customer satisfaction, unlike some vendors who just want quick cash.
