This kit has many components for a starter kit. However, perhaps the most important element is missing from the acrylic paint/decoration set. Acrylic liquid (monomer) must be purchased separately. So when you buy this kit there is not much you can do until you get this key component. On the other hand, this set also lacks nail glue. I can partly excuse the absence of these two points. This is because they list everything that is in the description and pictures in the product details. But I still feel like they are blatant omissions for a product that claims to be a professional manicure kit/acrylic nail kit. When my partner looked at the kit, she said it was crazy that there was no acrylic monomer and explained to me that it was a liquid base that you add powder to to create color. Then she said that it was easier to buy already painted acrylic paint. The lack of a monomer reduced her enthusiasm to even get involved with mixing and creating colored acrylic paint. I'm inclined to think that if the monomer was included she would have experimented and mixed the powders to see the process. Missed opportunity. This weekend while I'm running errands I'll grab some acrylic liquid and see if it inspires you. I confess to being impressed by the wealth of goods included in the set. I have included photos to show the abundance of components. If you already have a monomer and perhaps want to add to an existing set of acrylic nail polishes, this might be a welcome addition. If you decide to purchase this kit based on the quantity of components, be sure to purchase acrylic liquid/monomer, nail glue and acrylic nail polish remover. Based on these observations and reviews, this set gets an average of 3-3.25 stars. Recommendation.
