The box that the pump arrived in is completely covered with Chinese text. He pulled the block out of the box and squeezed the handle. The back of the pump housing flew off, rendering the device completely inoperable. This could only be used if a second person held the back panel during use. So I asked a friend to do it and started sucking some water out of a cup. One of my hands was on the pump handle and the other was inserting the catheter. Most of the water got on the arm I was pumping. This means that any bodily fluids that you may vacuum up with this device will end up on your hand, not in the bottle. It does not make sense. The device came with two 5.3 x 450mm flexible catheters, neither of which fit on the pump. Therefore, the seller attached a short silicone tube to the pump nozzle for inserting catheters with a diameter of 5.3 mm. Ridiculous. A 7mm and 20mm diameter catheter should be supplied with the device. The product description states that the kit contains "2 soft catheters (1 small, 1 large)". It is not true. You get two "small ones" and none of them are for the pump. I am returning the goods and I am very upset that I have to waste my time on this. I hope Revain discourages such sellers from selling junk online.
