I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 9 3900x and with so many missing components I was on stock coolers for a while until this Arctic Freezer II 360 came back available. I couldn't tell exactly what my stock temps were, but they were working somewhere in the 40's. Now, with this nice 360 AIO, I have the fans 100% and still hard to see, and keep my CPU temp at a comfortable 30 degrees C. After running modern combat on the highest settings for an hour or two, I got it I've only ever over at 59, which is still a little less than all my other fans by about 50%, so I'm very lucky. Also, I didn't find the installation too difficult. You can use duct tape to secure the back or I just used a crumpled t-shirt to put a pouch over that holding the pressure on the back so I can bolt on the pump.
