Item arrived and was fairly easy to install but they don't make contact in the right place to provide a stable ride, when i am tied to my 5th wheel. I contacted the company and they sent me 2 discs. I looked at her like. wtf i deal with them. No instructions, no screws, no worries about it after buying this crappy product. I'm not stupid, I know what they wanted me to do with the washers, but they didn't send longer screws to make reinstallation easier. Except that they're meant for something that's not my truck and they're still being sold like this crap like it's supposed to fit; They drive right against the axle, creating an incredibly harsh and uncomfortable ride. I live in Southern California where the DOT can't build a proper road to save their forever loving lives and I just jump all over the place because of their inability to create a proper transition or smooth surface. It gets worse with them because there's no separation, no cushioning, just a garbage ride and a brutal towing experience. I will never recommend you and tell Canadians (small-c) that they need American engineers to help them figure out how to build the right product. units then; Take off, Nobs!
