Review on Cisco SPA303-G1: Powerful 3 Line IP Phone with Display and PC Port by Holly Hernandez

I ordered this phone for a new employee in our company. Currently 15 of our employees use this model and it works very well for us. As some others have pointed out, it's not the most feature-packed device, but it's not made for that either. This phone's capabilities are good for the employees who use it. Call quality is clear, the speaker is loud, and the controls are easy to navigate. The only complaint I had was that the screen had no backlight, but to fix this I advised the staff to make sure the office lights were left on and I never got the same complaint again. We use them with our RingCentral phone service, and Cisco phones purchased from a third party have no problem setting up (contrary to what some of their sales reps will tell you). If you're looking for more than a basic phone, I recommend the Cisco SPA 508G, which our administrative staff use. Additional line capacity and an expansion module that allows you to indicate the presence of many additional lines are ideal for those who need to monitor and manage a large number of incoming calls. And for lawyers and executives, we use the SPA 525G, which is good for its backlit color screen and 8-line capacity. Anyway, back to 303 - TL; DR: If you're looking for a basic office phone that works with your VoIP provider at a great price, buy this phone.
