Poor quality on VoIP

Didn't work due to Covid missing the return window. Refurbished, very used and looks like it has never been tested or checked for quality.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Negative gift

A very cheap phone for an otherwise decent phone.

The phone works fine with my central call service. My only complaint (especially about the price) is that the phone is so cheap and made of metal that I can hear the plastic creaking in my ear when I pick it up. I think a good wireless headset paired with that would make it a great value for small businesses.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • There are errors

Lots of features at an incredibly low price

I have used 6 of these in our office and am very happy with them. They offer more features and customization options for 1/3 the price of the Polycom 335s I replaced (full disclosure: Polycom supports PoE, which these phones don't have). They are solidly built, load quickly and are easy to prepare. Great buy for small and medium sized businesses.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Factor Set

Don't buy Cisco!: Phones and accessories

I have never been happier with a product or its support. Oh my God! I plugged it in, the phone lit up but there was no beep. I tried to find help on Google and YouTube. The video showed that it works well. I then decided to call Cisco support and they couldn't help me until I signed up on their website with a number so they could place an order. That's exactly what I did. I called back, barely understanding the technique, and after suspending me for some time, he came back and said it was not a

It will do anything if you have time to set it up

I love this phone. It looks good and works great. However, setting up a system can be a daunting task until you have completed all the steps for your specific needs and server hardware. That would be five stars, except there's no easy-to-read "explanation" of the setup anywhere. I spent hours trawling the web looking for answers. I now have my own setup guide for my needs and everything is exactly how we need it for our office environment. Pros: Good price, quality product, lots of features…

EXACTLY what you paid for - just essentially flawless.

I've been using this phone since March 2014 with RingCentral as the primary office admin phone for my small business. Not only has it worked flawlessly for the past year and a half, I can't recall a single complaint I've had with the device. The caller ID screen isn't intuitively accessible, but it's hardly a feature anyone with VoIP telephony protocols uses right on our computers, smartphones, and emails. It was the most solid $70 spent on my small telecom business - the cornerstone of my lead

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Quality

This IP phone is very good. The audio quality is great, it's solid and reliable and works great with my voip.ms service provider. My only concern is that the phone has to be restarted almost every time you save/apply changes, which takes about a minute. So if you have to make five changes, each change is only one value, but each change is on a different configuration page, the phone needs to be restarted five times. This part gets a little boring. Configuration is on the advanced side. So if…

Pros
  • Not only useful for it's intended purpose
Cons
  • Not the best

Great phones, but I'd like POE.

This phone works great but requires a power adapter unlike the 504G which can use Power over Ethernet. With POE you only have one cable to your phone, but of course you need to make sure you have a POE hub! I assumed the 303G would be POE capable since it's similar to the 504G, but that was an incorrect assumption. You can buy an adapter separately that allows you to use POE, but it just separates the power and ethernet to the phone over two separate lines. I found it a bit awkward. The phone…

Perfect for our business

I ordered this phone for a new employee in our company. Currently 15 of our employees use this model and it works very well for us. As some others have pointed out, it's not the most feature-packed device, but it's not made for that either. This phone's capabilities are good for the employees who use it. Call quality is clear, the speaker is loud, and the controls are easy to navigate. The only complaint I had was that the screen had no backlight, but to fix this I advised the staff to make…
