Drinking cup. While it's not high quality at all, it's more than I expected for about $30. The dishes are heavier, not very light, brittle. I doubt they are impact resistant. While they appear bone white, which they are, I'm not sure if they're (almost) pure white. Some dishes have small imperfections, like small dots here and there, that's okay. If you stack them on top of each other you will find that the large slabs are absolutely not perfect and you will see that the ends are not perfect by rotating the slabs and you will notice areas where they rise and fall slightly . Again, nothing particularly flashy or terrible unless you stack them together. If you have a dorm, don't worry too much about having more than a minimalist set of decent quality meals that won't keep you from daily serving. Dishes, it makes a decent set. I hope they are safe (presumably as Revane says) and made in China.
