If I could I would give this chair 10 stars for quality and price. When you receive the chair, you only need to tighten 8 screws with the Allen key provided. The label states that the chair is made from new materials and is certified for low chemical emissions. This chair has excellent workmanship due to (1) the high quality fabric on the seats and (2) the way the 'metal screws' fit into the 'metal' female parts. Everything is perfectly matched. If you bought this chair from an already assembled store you would pay over $150. Once assembled there is no hesitation, you get very thick padding for the seat and back, and the casters glide effortlessly across my carpet. Also the "gas lift" works very well to raise or lower the seat. I am so happy with my purchase and if you trust my review then you will too.
