Review on 🛠️ Easy Handlebar Storage Granite Stash Tubeless Flat Tire Repair Kit - Complete Portable Puncture Solution - Effortless Usage with 2 Different-Sized Tire Plugs by Andargie Marquez

Solid set, better mount can be used

I bought this along with the Granite chain tool - they make a good set. I haven't had to use it yet, but the quality of the tool seems good and I don't expect any problems with it. Based on the pictures on the internet I figured I could get a few more strips of bacon in the tube. I bought a manual refill kit to refill it. You can put less flab in this tool than you might think - I was able to squeeze in an extra 5 blades (in addition to the 4 that came with it) but it was very difficult to put the tool back together. This tool comes with two sets of 2 connectors. One set consists of the usual thin parts found in other repair kits and the other set consists of a set of thicker plugs (perhaps twice the thickness of normal plugs). I wasn't expecting thicker plugs but they are good! A potential issue with this kit is the installation on the handlebars. As mentioned in other reviews, make sure you measure the inside diameter of your bars to ensure they will fit. The tool screws into your bars and compresses a large rubber cylinder (think 1/4 inch piece of rubber tubing). It works most of the time, but it's not possible to get a high torque value on the bolt to actually clamp it there. My torque wrench didn't even lock 1Nm before the rubber was fully compressed. Now the tool seems to be holding its place perfectly, but I'd like to see a better design that can work in the 4-5Nm range, for example. I find the rubber too thin - a thicker rubber cylinder might work better.
