I really liked my first pair of these shoes. You were perfect. Great comfort. Effective for relieving stress I spend 6-10 hours a day looking at computer monitors. They were exactly what I had hoped for. I would give these glasses 5 stars in every category. I lost her after 8 months. I immediately bought a second pair. They never fit as well as the first pair. Looking back, I think the bridge had a crack. After 6 weeks the bridge of the nose broke completely. I would give this pair of points 1 star for reliability. At first I was very disappointed that Revain had no opportunity to process the return request as 30 days had passed. There is no information about the seller in the order and there is no obvious way to contact the manufacturer. Maybe it should have been clear to me right away, but it took me a whole day to figure out that I could still ask a question for the seller by going back to the original listing. When I sent the seller a warranty question with a photo of the broken glasses, they immediately refunded my money so I could buy another pair of glasses. It took less than 48 hours. I was very happy with the first pair so I'm ordering pair #3 today. I don't know if I was just unlucky with the second pair or if it's a manufacturing compatibility issue. But at least the seller was responsive and supportive. I will update this review later if there are any issues with this 3rd order.
