Excellent Customer Service and Quality of Services

I have been working with cavantic for almost 2 years now, they are always helpful in any situation we face from data entry to project management etc! They also provide excellent customer service which makes me feel very comfortable when i need help or just want someone else's perspective/opinion about something!! Nothing at this time but will update if anything comes up later :) We use their services mainly as support team during our projects development process (data collection & analysis) so far it has worked well :).

Pros

The system is simple easy understandable yet powerful enough that even people unfamiliar can navigate through without difficulty especially important since majority user base consists senior professionals who may not be computer literate.Great value added features available like report generation using excel templates , PDF creation.etc..Good Support Service..The best part was free trial period before committing full payment.:)
