High quality mats! In the first package that arrived all the rear mats were one piece and designed to fit over the center hump of the floor, a great idea for extra protection, just didn't quite fit my car. I contacted the company and they sent two separate rear mats with no question. UPS then actually lost the package for several days and the company FedEx a replacement without hesitation. Carrier outages are always beyond an organization's control, but the real test of customer service is often how such outages are handled. Very happy with the service and as mentioned the mats themselves are excellent quality and look very sharp. Definitely recommend!
