I am about 5'6 and 140 pounds on a week where I have eaten routinely (normally).I ordered the black waist cincher in size small. I have long legs and a medium length torso. The item that I am wearing in the pictures is a size small and I am able to close it on the very first line. My goal is to get to the second row in the next couple weeks.This cincher is strong in smell, but the material is a nice and strong quality. The cincher I received is very long on me and it makes you sit up straight. Although I wish that it was a couple inches shorter this product is worth the money and is noticeably cheaper that other products like itself I have come across. This cincher does push your breast up.BE CAREFUL****I had previously purchased a product from this company that I thought it was a corset, but it was more of a smoothing stomach girdle.(All Black Lace and sheer sidings) this was the product that mimicked a girdle. If your wanting a girdle like waist shaper go with the cheapest product listed. If you would like a cincher the other products have more of a waist cinching ability. I sent the ( Black Lace and sheer siding product) back because it didn't snatch my waist in like I wanted itThe product that I would recommend is the one that I am wearing in the pictures. (All Black no lace no sheer material with silver clasps.)
