Review on πŸš— Denso 234-4623 Automotive Oxygen Sensor by Matt Ellis

Perfect fit for my 2007 Prius

After some asshole cut the catalytic converter out of my 2007 Toyota Prius I needed a new 02 sensor. This Denso 02 sensor fits perfectly and works great. Unlike the cheap Chinese 02 sensor, I'm not worried about having to replace it again in a few months. One note is that the 2nd generation Prius' 02 sensor is connected to the car's computer through a hole in the bottom of the body. upper left corner of passenger footwell. To access this you need to remove the passenger floormat and then pull up the carpet in the upper left corner of the passenger footwell. I was able to do this without removing any of the plastic trim pieces (although one of the carpet's retaining clips broke/pulled out inside, but don't worry). I was able to slide/wedge the rug back under the plastic trim and the rug looks new and is still as strong as ever, although a rug pin is missing.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Operating speed
