They won't tear or stick

I think these bags are a great idea and they're really cute. But they are largely useless. I had trouble attaching one to my dashboard. The adhesive just won't stay on the textured vinyl surface. At least not strong enough to resist getting hands and dirt in and out of the pocket. So I tried to glue it to the smooth plastic surface above. And as long as the surface was VERY clean and I gave it a "rest" of a few hours to allow the glue to bond and align all the stars in the galaxy, it will hold up just fine. I actually left it there overnight to make sure it was really "stuck". I checked it this morning and it was pretty solid. It's not very reliable or convenient for people "on the go," though, and that's the whole point of the product. Unfortunately, when I used it today, the bag burst to the hilt. It started to crumble and just wouldn't stop. It was just the light pressure of my hand opening it to put something inside. Completely destroyed. Basically useless and extremely frustrating if it was full of junk. I don't think it will take long to make these with heavier glue and stitching, especially at the current $11 price point.

Pros
  • Durable surface
Cons
  • Nothing
