Slightly smelly but works well
Training pads have a strange smell. A bit like a chemical or like gasoline. However, I love the fact that there are many brow shapes and textures to practice on. That's also very cool. I haven't used them with pigment but I'm sure you could. I would buy them again, smelly or not.
