This product works great. It has a good range and is fairly easy to use. Remember: 1) Although there are 18 levels of impact force, most dogs under 40 pounds can feel it and respond when you reach 5 or 6. I would have preferred to see more detailed/smaller steps from 1 to 10 to fine tune the power. 2) There is a level of vibration. 3) Only two buttons for feedback: Tone and Vibro/Shock - that's one button. It's difficult to quickly switch from vibration feedback to shock because you have to set the shock level above zero to just the right level for the button to vibrate instead of vibrating. One button for each function would be better.
