I've been using this air intake for about 1.5 years and it's a reliable product. It's relatively easy to clean, but it's disappointing that you have to remove the entire air intake (not just the filter element) to clean it. It's known to be one of the loudest intakes for the LGT, but that's why you buy it because the stock airbox works fine anyway. It was more assembly than I expected but half the parts are heat shields to keep the air intake cool so it's worth it. On the Mustang dyno I got 15 hp. and 20 watts. with this air intake AND intercooler in front. I think most of the gain was due to the increased time granted by the FMIC. To be honest the reason I bought this was because the stock airbox didn't match the FMIC I installed. But I have no regrets and it's nice to know that the product has a lifetime guarantee and is made by the most popular air intake manufacturer.
