When this hose failed around Thanksgiving three years ago, I contacted Delta for a free replacement. I had their old model 470 faucet that used copper tubing which I found had other issues even after installing this hose, so I bought a newer Delta 470-WH-DST Signature Single Handle Pull Out Kitchen Faucet, white den I highly recommend if you also have a supply of copper tubing powering your current Delta faucet, DO NOT BUY this hose and instead invest in the new Delta 470-WH-DST Signature Single Handle Kitchen Faucet, white, which is designed 1000 times better. Yes, this new faucet has PVC inlet pipes. which are directly connected to the supply valves. Features a convenient mounting nut that only requires hand tightening and a much longer umbilical to connect the redesigned weighted hose to the tube assembly. So if you kept the special socket wrench that was part of the original installation, get rid of the old faucet and upgrade it.
