This product is for babies. The pearls are extremely small. It didn't have instructions so I had to ask a friend how to do it. You put them in groundwater overnight and they grow. But my toddlers, two-year-old twins, could easily crush them, which wasn't good because toddlers like to put things in their mouths. My friend told me that her older children couldn't even crush her. So I would recommend a different brand.
