It's a bit stiff but works very well

I use it almost exclusively every day, usually in a carbon steel pan. It works very well, although the edges on the front tip were initially too sharp and sometimes bite or scratch my pan. I just chipped the edges a bit on the 800 grit stone and now it's great, I can still scratch but not dig. For the money I'm thrilled.
