I have used my 11" Gotham Steel skillet almost every morning since I bought it 3 months ago. I have prepared the skillet according to the instructions and the recommendations of other reviews and the manufacturer I only use it for my protein omelettes - same EVERY day. I sauté some spinach in oil, add the egg whites and top with the avocado and some diced meat. I use medium heat (lower heat than my other omelette pans) This worked great until a week ago. Now my omelets are starting to stick. The pan still cleans well but the omelets don't slide as perfectly as they used to. I want perfection to be maintained. I'll keep my pan still use but wish they lasted longer!
