I like that they have made it as easy as possible to fill out all of the paperwork online, including my supporting documents. There is always an option for me to get help from their customer service team if needed! It’s helpful to be able to use your webcam or phone camera when working through filling out forms. Sometimes you can even take pictures using your computer but sometimes certain options are not available in this way (for example, you cannot add photos). Other than those issues mentioned above, everything has been great so far. The support staff members have also offered tips on how to file papers properly and what things may look like on applications. They also offer several different types of visas which helps make sure we choose ones that are right for us once our applications go into processing.
