I recently bought something from Prolab Nutrition's online store, and I have to admit that I was very dissatisfied with the whole thing. First of all, I had a hard time navigating the website and finding the things I was looking for. I was surprised by how long it took for my order to arrive after I finally located what I was looking for and placed my order. My package didn't get here for almost two weeks, even though the delivery estimate said me it would. I was upset to see that one of the things was missing when I eventually got my order. When I contacted customer service to ask about the missing item, I got an unhelpful and condescending response. They seemed unconcerned with my problem and only interested in getting me off the phone as soon as they could. Overall, my experience with Prolab Nutrition was very bad, and I would not suggest them to anyone. Major negatives included the difficult website navigation, sluggish shipment, and unhelpful customer service, and I will now shop elsewhere.
