I had another steam mop that broke after tipping it over several times. Wow, looks like I should have thrown it away a year ago! The vapor output is AMAZING. The pad makes full contact with the floor, firm contact, and even has a slight "abrasive" effect (I use the word light, it won't scratch your floor or anything, but enough to thoroughly clean up the mess). Easy to press and control. The cable is long enough and there is space to fold it neatly. It's heavier than my previous mop but not so much that it's a problem. I love this mop!
