The monitor had very good video quality, but the audio was difficult to adjust and would clip at low volumes. In general, setting up the monitor was difficult. The only manuals that came with it were quick start pages about 2x3 feet. Very simple instructions in ridiculously small print. With a magnifying glass, I was able to read the manufacturer's phone number. I got the customer service url from them. Three hours of hard work gave me the opportunity to download the manual in PDF format. It was in a mysterious compressed format that took four ttys to google to identify. I called their support. Eventually they downloaded the manual and turned it into a vanilla PDF which they then emailed to me. The monitor was great. Adequate customer service. But why did I feel like I'd marched fifty miles when I was done?
