I purchased these baking sheets not to long ago. When they arrived they seemed sturdy durable and that they would get the job done.They scratch if you try to scrub them clean. They say they can be used up to 450 but that is a lie! I used them last night and the oven was set at 400 and the baking sheets warped from being hot. Not permanently but when i opened the oven the check why the tray was lopsided i realized the tray itself was no longer laying flat but lifting from one end. They look nice but quality isn’t as advised. If you plan on using them with low heat I guess this will work because i never had an issue with anything 375 or under.
