Got them as a gift for my husband who is also our DM for DND. We've always used little stickers or clothespins to keep track of things like hunter's marks. When my husband saw this, his eyes lit up, we use it almost non-stop and almost everyone can use it. (Barbarians with rage, wizards and warlocks with focus, rangers with hunter marks and then the little old man, fighter and I only used them for grappling lol) We really like that they look like pliable rubber stuff, we 3D printed all of them and painted our own miniatures so any plastic would scrape the paint off our minis but we don't have to worry about them. I recommend picking up your mini and placing it on the ring and then trying to slide the ring off the mini. For a reason it can catch on something like your character's sword or something and break it off if you're not careful (this hasn't happened to us) or if you have a character with huge wings like mine and it just won't slide physically from the mini.
