This is the most uncomfortable ergonomic chair I have ever used. I have bought several in the past for colleagues and also for myself. I was very excited when I saw this. but there is no lumbar support, so it's possible to have no back at all. The back folds down randomly. (I asked two other people to look at the assembly instructions to make sure everything was assembled correctly and according to the instructions). The positioning actually hurts my back and knees. In addition, the upholstery collects every little speck of dust and it is difficult to vacuum it up because everything sticks to the fabric for life. In general I am very disappointed!
