My only issue is that the connection between the hose pipe and the back of the nozzle (near the rear wheel) is hinged and doesn't snap into place. this results in no downward pressure being exerted on it to keep it on the carpet during a normal suction motion. I was able to achieve this pressure by using it like a broom, holding the hose straight (90 degrees) from the nozzle while I pushed and swept it across the carpet in a reverse motion. It turned out great, just a little awkward. The small protrusion at the top of the picture lowers the two stationary brushes on the underside of the attachment and (when used broom style) does a great job removing cat hair. A quick job of rescuing a carpet that my other two vacuums failed to clean.
