The problem with this type of legs is that you have to be very careful when screwing them into wood. They are made entirely of rubber and if you screw in too tight the rubber between the screw head and the wood will expand/contract and can just pop out. It's best to first pre-drill the holes to a predetermined depth, then screw them in manually by counting the number of turns you make to keep the legs straight. I probably won't use them alone anymore; It would be better if they had stainless steel washers where the hole is so you don't screw the rubber in too tight.
