This product was a huge letdown. As a professional in the beauty industry, I had high hopes for this product. However, thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently say that it did absolutely nothing to improve the firmness or texture of my skin. I used it as directed, but saw zero results. The only positive aspect was the packaging. I regret spending my money on this product and would not recommend it to anyone.
