Review on OM Digital Solutions AS-2300 PC Transcription Kit: Enhanced Efficiency for Transcribing Tasks by Dustin Ferguson

It installed correctly initially, but then my computer froze. When I rebooted, the transcription program crashed and showed a Chinese dialog box! I called support # twice and was told to uninstall and reinstall twice. It won't uninstall and I can't use it on my computer. Also, some aspects of my PC, like system restore, seem to be stuck. I was told they would call me back the next business day but they never did. In the meantime I installed it on my son's laptop and it works fine, but I'm worried that it won't work in the future. I hope not because I'm in the middle of a huge transcription project/oral history work and I'm relying on it. Aside from the above issue (which is a big one), it's a good product, but if it continues to work on my son's laptop, I agree it makes transcription a lot easier.
