The purchase was not worth it at all.

The price demanded for the equipment is not fair. I never imagined I'd write such a negative review about Samsung, but the truth is the truth. The screen was scratched during the first month of operation, as was already mentioned. I then used the original cover-knuckle at that time. The Bixby button truly irritates me because it is frequently accidentally touched at the worst possible time. Recently, some applications have started to hang; the only cure is to quit and restart them. Applications are challenging to misuse since they never hang the same way twice. Recently, the phone would simply hang and not respond to any pressing; it would simply display a black screen. Even though I had already anticipated having to carry it under warranty, he reactivated after a few hours as if nothing had happened. Since everything is now functional, there is no point in lugging about the mystery surrounding this problem. By the way, if you mention the price in a review on the Samsung website, you cannot submit it because it is forbidden to debate prices. Yet, the primary criterion for evaluating a product is its price to quality ratio; if the product cost half as much, the evaluation would still be based on this. My review was also removed from the retailer's website, where I made the purchase. When the time comes to purchase the next smartphone, this surely works against Samsung. At the end, I feel like a fool for hoping to purchase a flagship but instead get a forgettable device for an insufficient price for him.

Pros
  • Design
Cons
  • The bixby button's awkward position, the screen's rapid screen scratches, and the slowdown.
