I wish it would fit but it doesn't fit my 2017 Camry 2.5

The description says it will fit but I couldn't pull the case open. It didn't start after just a few revs. The plastic housing was screwed manually up to the stop without any problems. I wish it would work because I've cracked the plastic casing before.
