The best thing about the software is the flexibility and the ability to create customised reports. I am able to create reports that are relevant to my business and not the ones that are created by default. I dislike the fact that I cannot create customised reports that can be used in other software or in other business units. I would also like to be able to create customised reports that can be used in other business units. The ability to create reports that are relevant to my business and not the ones that are created by default.
