The review below says the remote control stinks, is rude and doesn't look like the old one, just junk. This remote control is exactly the same as the one that came with the newly purchased Hisense Roku TV. Plug in the batteries and it worked right away. I was curious to see if there is a weight difference between the Hisense remote and this remote as I can't tell the difference in looks or texture. Weighed on a postal scale, very accurate, no batteries. Hisense remote: 1.8 oz / 52 grams. This remote: 1.6 oz / 46 grams. The volume up and down button was a bit smoother on the Hisense remote. I don't need a voice on the official $20 Roku remote so I saved some money and everything worked great.
