This hydration system is perfect for any runner, as it is compatible with many different hydration bladders. Through trial and error, I found that this one was the most reliable for my runs. It's also perfect for any hike, especially on a hot day. The only con is that it is a bit difficult to clean at times. Overall, a great addition to any Sports and Outdoors activity!
