Missing part on water filter and softener
I loved my Berkey so much it served me well for 5 years. However, one day I accidentally broke a plug while washing and wanting my filter back to normal I bought a kit and paid for super fast shipping to find out there was a plug missing from the kit so I could do it. Do not reuse the filter. Unfortunately! I received the replacement kit today and was disappointed to find that the part I needed was missing. The description says the kit comes with 2 polypropylene stoppers, but what I received only has one. The problem was that I kinda broke the one at Berkeley and for that reason
