Optimizing Maintenance for Berkey Stainless Steel Systems Review

At first the set didn't fit my Berkey filters. So I had no choice but to return it. The product itself seemed durable enough to serve and work. On the other hand, the seller only refunded me half of what I paid. They said I used it. I explained nicely that I can use them because they are much smaller than my filters need. So how could I use them? Pay attention to the promises made by the sellers. Unreliable

Most items have lived up to expectations but the plugs have not. They didn't match the plugs I replaced and didn't match the photo. I was expecting white buds that screw into another white piece with washers on each side, just like the buds that came with my Berkey, but I got two buds that look a lot like earbuds. They work, but they're definitely not what I expected and they don't appear to be genuine Berkey replacement accessories.

I loved my Berkey so much it served me well for 5 years. However, one day I accidentally broke a plug while washing and wanting my filter back to normal I bought a kit and paid for super fast shipping to find out there was a plug missing from the kit so I could do it.
