I was given a weighted blanket which had a tremendous impact on my sleep. However, I sweat too much under the covers because I have the covers on me. Watching too many "Sell This House" episodes where houses are for sale; I bought this set based on the color I wanted. I just couldn't find a flat sheet of the right color. I bought a sheet to use as a duvet. I measured my full size bed and compared it to a king bed and accidentally didn't take into account that flat sheets are longer lol. I bend the sides so as not to drag the bottom. In general, I am very happy with the thickness and softness of the sheets. The apartment is perfect for a blanket and now I no longer sweat at night but keep the perfect temperature for sleeping.
